All orders, excluding drop ship/made on demand items, are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that if you purchase items that are drop shipped or made on demand, that these items have a processing time of 10-20 business daysΒ (excluding weekends and holidays) and are clearly marked in the descriptions.Β

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Β
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup atΒ 475 E. Farrer Street, Green River Utah.Β After placing your order andΒ input code GRLOCAL at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you Pickup times are arranged when your order is placed. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Β At this time, we only ship to the US and Canada.Β

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Β
If you havenβt received your order within 10 days (excluding drop ship/made on demand items) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us atΒ rare.renegade.boutique@gmail.comΒ with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we offer in store credit of the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. This DOES NOT include any items discounted or on sale.Β
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible atΒ rare.renegade.boutique@gmail.comwith your order number and a photo of the itemβs condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
