Return Policy

We offer exchange or store credit for full price items upon receiving the item back in new condition within 30 days of the ship date. Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to Rare Renegade andΒ will be invoiced for the shipping of a replacement itemΒ if desired and available. Should the item in the desired size be out of stock, we will issue you a discount code for the amount of your store credit (less the original shipping charge if the item shipped for free.)

CancelationΒ Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. It can. however be eligibleΒ for return if the return steps are followed and it is a qualifying order.Β 

Please note, all sales are final on discounted items, sales, and specials!


If there are any defects with the merchandise, please contact us immediately and we’d be happy to make it right!

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Once you have read the above return policy, please:

1.) Contact us atΒ rare.renegade.boutique@gmail.comΒ to confirm your item is eligible for store credit or replacement.

2.)Β  Upon confirmation, ship the itemΒ with the original invoice (or a note listing the order #.)Β
